General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS and its customers. By placing an order with MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to accept or refuse any order.

Product prices are indicated in € and include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order, but simply confirmation that we have received it.

2. Prices and Payment

Product prices are those indicated on the MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS website at the time of purchase. They are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments may be made using the payment methods accepted by MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS, such as credit cards and bank transfers. Payment information must be provided accurately and correctly.

MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order in the event of a payment issue or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of the order. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and the chosen delivery service.

MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS is not responsible for delivery delays or issues occurring after the products have been handed over to the carrier.

4. Warranty

MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS provides a 12-month warranty on its products unless otherwise specified.

Accessories such as batteries, power supplies, and charging bases are covered by a 12-month warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, provided the product is used appropriately and maintained according to instructions.

Excluded from the warranty are all consumable parts subject to wear or deterioration, such as bulbs, cables, motor brushes, cords, etc.

This warranty also excludes failures due to incorrect handling, dropping, improper maintenance, excessive wear, deterioration caused by limescale, overheating, or corrosion.

Sprays are never covered under warranty.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement—after verification by our team—of one or more defective parts by identical or similar parts. Any repair during the warranty period, even if it requires equipment downtime, shall not extend the warranty period. A warranty intervention does not entitle the customer to a loan unit, partial or full replacement of the product, nor any compensation whatsoever. Any other claim, of any kind, is excluded.

5. Product Returns

Returns or exchanges are possible for any new material in its original unopened and unused packaging, returned by the Buyer to MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS within 15 days of receipt.

The product must be returned to MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS, carriage paid, to the address provided by MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS:

• in its original packaging,

• with a copy of the product invoice,

• with all accessories in perfect condition.

If the original packaging is opened or damaged, the product will neither be refunded nor exchanged and will be returned to the Buyer.

6. Liability

MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about its products. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of such information.

Product use, lubrication, and maintenance must be carried out by the Buyer. MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS declines all liability for indirect damage, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other loss resulting from the use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS products—such as trademarks, logos, illustrations, and content—are reserved.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to the GTCS

MATEK DENTAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. Changes will be published on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
